Guaranteed booking
Guaranteed booking means 100 % guarantee of hotel room fastening to the guest.
To ensure guaranteed booking, a deposit equivalent to ONE night stay can be paid (by Visa and Master Card, cash and via bank transfer) upon confirmation of reservation otherwise the booking status will be regarded as non-guaranteed.
According to "Rules of hotel services rendering in Kyrgyz Republic" a cancellation fee equivalent to ONE night stay will be charged for NO -SHOW and for late cancellation of guaranteed booking (cancellation should be made at least 24 hours prior to planned arrival).
At delay of the guest for day, the payment for actual idle time of hotel room at the rate equivalent to ONE night stay will be charged.
Not guaranteed booking
Not guaranteed booking of hotel rooms keeps up to 18:00 o’clock of day of arrival.
In case of not guaranteed booking, the Service provider ensures availability of rooms only at date of order. At receipt of the guaranteed booking from other guest, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the former booking, without having notified the Service provider about it.
